Care Assistant Care and Support - Henderson House Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £13.60 Per Hour Shift type: Days & Nights Available Contracted hours: Full Time or Part Time Henderson House Care Home is a well established care home in the coastal town of Dalgety Bay in Fife, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 60 residents. Care Assistant Contract £13.60 per hour Full time and part time contracts available Paid PVG pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for.
