Lead Planner – HV & Substations | Aberdeen (Scotland-wide Projects) Permanent | Grid & Energy Infrastructure | High-Voltage Projects We’re working with a delivery partner on the lookout for a Lead Planner to support a growing pipeline of high-voltage and substation projects across Scotland. Based from Aberdeen (with hybrid flexibility), you’ll take the lead on planning and coordination for some of the UK’s most critical energy infrastructure builds. Location: Aberdeen (flexibility with travel to sites across Scotland) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: HV / Substations (110kV – 400kV) Excellent package on offer – tailored to your experience Why Consider This? The role will involve: Building and maintaining integrated project schedules (Primavera P6) Leading risk mitigation and earned value tracking Running planning workshops and coordinating across teams Supporting bid and tender planning for future HV opportunities What You’ll Bring: Proven planning experience in HV, substation, or utility infrastructure projects Advanced Primavera P6 skills Strong knowledge of HV/MV sequencing, logistics, and safety-critical interfaces Familiarity with NEC and/or FIDIC contracts Confident communicator and collaborative team player If you're based in or near Aberdeen and ready to lead planning on energy-critical infrastructure across Scotland, get in touch for a confidential chat.
