What You’ll Do
* Support young people with their daily routines; getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
* Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
* Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
* Plan and join activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights, or creative projects.
* Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You’ll Do It
Our home is a solo home with 6 staff working 2-1. The team is made up of males and females and is a diverse team. Our home has a family environment and the environment reflects a caring setting rather than an institutional care home.
The team is experienced and mentored to support new staff members.
