We are looking for a Quality Control professional to join a growing team and play a key role in ensuring products meet required quality standards. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with a strong eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Quality control responsibilities:
* Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
* Carry out regular quality checks throughout the production process
* Identify defects or non-conformances and report findings clearly
* Work closely with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues
* Complete quality control documentation accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and health & safety requirements
* Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Skills & experience required:
* Previous experience in a Quality Control / Quality Assurance role (desirable but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
* Ability to follow procedures and work with consistency and accuracy
* Good communication skills and confidence working within a team
* Basic IT skills for recording and reporting results
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience in manufacturing, production, engineering, or packaging environments
* Knowledge of inspection tools, measurements, or testing methods
* Understanding of ISO or quality management systems
