Description

Job Title: Summer Intern Electronic Systems Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Rochester (Kent)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 5 days per week.

Salary: £24,300 Pro Rata

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting the production of appropriate department documentation, such as planning documents and training material.
* Day to day support of our manufacturing cells including continuous improvement of cell layouts and processes.
* Responsible for developing innovative process solutions for implementing continuous improvement.
* Developing ad-hoc skills around tooling design, supporting additive manufacturing (i.e 3D printing) and CAD skills (AutoCAD, CREO).
* Liaising with other technical departments to resolve manufacturing challenges.
