Maintenance Coordinator, Wallingford - £25,000 - £30,000
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm - office based
Global CTS are working with a client based in Wallingford, they are looking for a to join their busy team. The ideal candidate would be someone who is process driven, flexible to help other team
members where needed, have good communication skills, excellent telephone confidence/manner and good time management, as they will be working to deadlines. It would also be an advantage if you have a background in contract renewals, but this is not essential.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain new and existing customer maintenance contracts
* Create maintenance jobs on a monthly basis using inhouse software
* Schedule in all clients maintenance jobs
* Create and issue work orders to subcontractors
* Follow up paperwork with engineers and sub contractors
* Issue customer paperwork
* Set up remedial quotations and following up with quote chasing
Skills
* Invoicing - recurring maintenance invoices
* Manage all contract renewals
* Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained to a high standard and promptly reporting any issues or complaints
* First line of contact for complaints and queries
* Communicating issues internally with relevant staff members
* Monitoring and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner
