Carry out installation of ASHP units and central heating systems to clients' properties, maintaining professionalism and responsibility on behalf of CCS Limited. All work must align with best practices, MCS, PAS2030, building regulations, company procedures, and stipulations.
Ensure installation efficiency, safety, and high-quality finishes to meet company standards and project timelines.
Deliver high-quality service, respecting all individuals, and meeting challenges effectively.
Perform repairs and minor works for call-backs or remedial tasks as required.
Liaise with residents and CCS clients regarding ongoing works.
Ensure all PPE is present, correct, and compliant with Covid-19 measures.
Maintain calibration and good working order of all equipment, responsible for CCS-owned tools and equipment upkeep.
Keep all appointments, inform tenants/clients of progress, and carry out duties assigned by senior staff.
Stay updated on legislation and industry standards relevant to your discipline.
Report work variations, update administration, and ensure all documentation like timesheets and delivery notes are accurate and submitted weekly.
Participate in staff briefings and company events, contributing to team efforts.
Coordinate with other engineers and staff to meet targets, organizing electrical and building works as needed.
Produce safety certificates, job sheets, and other required reports for all works.
Have a general competence in the trade, with qualifications such as BPEC Heat Pumps, C&G Energy Efficiency, NVQ 2 or equivalent. Unvented hot water systems and Water regs certification are advantageous.
Possess good fault-finding skills, punctuality, professionalism, flexibility, and familiarity with Mobile PDA systems.
Experience required: minimum 3 years, including social housing installation and maintenance, working directly with residents, and a clean UK driving license with DBS check.
