JobMatcha are recruiting for a hard-working Administrator working in the Academy training department for an ongoing role and a temp role.
We have available working on a project we are involved in based in Horsham, West Sussex. Your role will include general administrative duties including working on and uploading documents to the facility management system
Key Information:
* Hours are 9am - 5.15 ideally or 8am - 4.15pm (with a 1hr break)
* Location Horsham RH12
* 1X Ongoing work for an Academy Training Administrator
* 1X Temp 2-3 month position for an Academy Training Administrator
Competencies and Requirements for the position:
* Must have Right to Work in the UK
* Experience as an Administrator is essential
* Academy Training Administrator would be an advantage
* Someone who is self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to cope in a busy team
* IT skills a must, for using electronic systems for managing training requests and recording data. (Must have attention to detail, get things right first time and ask questions if unsure)
