Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Dudley Hours: 8:30 – 15:00 Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term/Permanent Smart Education is recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking and supportive primary school in the Dudley borough. This setting is seeking a qualified HLTA to complement teaching staff and take responsibility for delivering agreed learning activities, including whole-class PPA cover. About the Role The HLTA will work with a greater level of autonomy, supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will lead planned sessions, deliver intervention work, and provide pastoral and behaviour support to pupils. The role also includes responsibility for a specialist area and the potential line management of support staff.
