Therapy Assistant (Part‑time, 15 hrs/week)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Therapy Assistant to join the Dorset Pain Management Service. The post is part of a 15‑hour weekly schedule and covers East Dorset. The base clinic is Poole Community Clinic, with hybrid working and face‑to‑face clinics in Poole and Boscombe.
Key responsibilities
* Support clinical staff in delivering treatment protocols for patients with persistent pain.
* Work unsupervised, implementing treatment programmes for specific groups of patients/clients, assessing progress, and providing advice to patients and carers in various settings.
* Support online and face‑to‑face pain management groups.
* Undertake related administrative duties.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with patients with long‑term conditions is desirable.
* Full training and support will be provided; experience is not mandatory.

* Employment requires an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check; the Trust will cover the cost.
