We’re working with a growing healthcare business to find a hands-on, people-focused Head of Credit Control.
Perfect for someone ready to step up or bring fresh energy to an established team, this role will lead a group of five credit professionals and help shape a more efficient, proactive collections function.
Key focus areas:
* Leading and developing a team of 5
* Managing private, local authority and NHS accounts
* Reviewing aged debt and improving recovery rates
* Building better internal processes and reporting
* Supporting the finance team as the business scales
What we’re looking for:
* Strong credit control background
* Experience working in Care Sector
* Experience leading or mentoring a team
* Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment
