Role Responsibilities:
What to Expect as a Senior Nursery RoomLeader:
- Ensure thateducational strategies and practices are consistent across multiplerooms.- Lead the planning and delivery ofactivities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs ofthe children.- Mentor and develop Room Leaders,promoting a collaborative and high-performingteam.- Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding ofchildren, making necessary adaptations to support children withadditional needs.- Foster strong relationshipswith parents, keeping them informed of their child'sdevelopment.- Ensure compliance with health,safety, and safeguarding protocols across thecentre.
Required Qualifications:
IdealCandidate:
- Level 3qualification or above in early yearseducation.- Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as aSenior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or SeniorNursery Practitioner.- Strong leadership,organisational, and communicationskills.- Ability to foster an inclusive andsupportive environment for both children and teammembers.
