A position for an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal for an established firm of solicitors to assist in their Conveyancing department. Previous experience working as a Paralegal in residential conveyancing is essential, lawfustion as an advantage but not essential as training will be given. Dealing with files from start to finish, including sale and purchases, re-mortgages and new builds.
Ideally we would like someone who is familiar with using case management systems, however training on our systems will be provided. Experience in using lawfustion software would be advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Conveyancing is essential.
