This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. The role will support sales growth across the region by managing customer enquiries, processing orders and quotations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and CRM systems
2. Process customer orders, quotations and pro forma invoices accurately and efficiently
3. Follow up quotations to maximise conversion and secure orders
4. Maintain customer information across CRM and ERP systems
5. Liaise with internal sales, accounts and operations teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full
6. Support key account activity and generate sales leads from incoming enquiries
7. Build strong customer relationships through responsive and professional communication
8. Contribute to regional sales performance and customer satisfaction targets
About You
9. Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or internal sales administration role
10. Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
11. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
13. Competent using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and ERP platforms
14. Experience with Salesforce CRM would be advantageous
15. A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
