Protocol Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Telford where students feel safe, supported, and genuinely proud of their community. They’re now on the lookout for a Maths Teacher who’s ready to bring energy to the classroom and make a real difference.
This is a school built on three simple values, Ambition, Respect, and Courage. You’ll see them in action every day, not just written on posters. They shape how students learn, how staff work together, and how everyone shows up for one another. It’s a place where diversity is celebrated and every pupil is encouraged to feel seen, heard, and valued.
There’s a real sense here that success takes time. Students are supported to discover what they’re good at and what sparks their interest, while staff play a big part in nurturing that journey. It’s not just about exam results, it’s about building confidence, character, and a sense of purpose that lasts beyond the classroom.
Learning is at the heart of everything. The curriculum is designed to make knowledge stick and feel relevant. In Maths, that means helping students not only solve problems, but understand why it matters in the real world.
The school also has a strong identity shaped by its Olympian heritage, with values like respect, excellence, and friendship woven into daily life. Staff are trusted to do what they do best, with the support they need to focus on high-quality teaching and strong relationships.
