Job Overview
This role is pivotal in ensuring the commercial success of the UKI Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) business by leading tender processes, fostering key partnerships, and providing data insights to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and strengthen relationships with framework partners (NHSSC, SBS, HTE).
* Manage the SRC Trust and Framework Tender process, ensuring high-quality submissions that exceed expectations.
* Contribute to Transformation initiatives, Strategy delivery, and Weekly Management KPIs.
* Collaborate with pricing and finance teams on commercial policies and pricing strategies.
* Assist Account Managers with various business and commercial requirements.
* This position is home-based with travel to clients across UK&I and to our headquarters in Farnborough, Hampshire.
Candidate Profile
* Experience managing accounts or frameworks, particularly with the NHS.
* Proven track record in managing full lifecycle tender processes, coordinating across teams, and meeting deadlines.
* Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
* Skilled in data analysis and presentation for diverse audiences.
A standard DBS check is required due to healthcare environment regulations.
