We are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join us! We are offering a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000 plus company car and company benefits.

The role sits within a structure of 8 Sales Executives and 2 Business Managers, all working toward an annual target of 527 cars, offering both challenge and strong earning potential. It is perfect for someone motivated by results and career progression. The position also provides a great work‑life balance, with a day off during the week and every Sunday guaranteed off. On top of that, you’ll enjoy the benefit of choosing a company car, whether that’s the sporty Golf R or GTI, or one of the impressive electric options like the ID4 or ID3.
You will serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add‑on products, finance and insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.
We are looking for a very talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.
