Senior Software Engineer (C#, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform)
Location: Hybrid (Mansfield. Nottinghamshire, Hybrid)
Salary: up to £80k + package

The Role:
As a core contributor, you’ll be designing and developing scalable solutions for Dynamics 365 F&O, X++, and Azure while mentoring mid-level and junior engineers.
💡 What we need:
✅ Strong Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, C#, X++, and modern cloud-based engineering experience.
✅ Ability to mentor & guide the team—keeping coding standards high and solutions scalable.
✅ Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, and clean architecture
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
🚩 Red Flags: If you’re highly process-driven this might not be the right fit and its worth noting we need someone ready to drive long-term change so we are not looking for someone who is looking to deliver a project and move on, the team has a huge roadmap and we need people to commit.
