To support one of our Global Businesses, we currently look for a HR coordinator f/m.
Main responsabilities :
1. Provide support to managers and employees regarding HR-related matters.
2. Provides administrative support for Human Resources programs & processes as assigned.
3. Support the creation, refinement, and implementation of HR policies, systems, and guides
4. Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to support HR tasks.
5. Assist in upholding compliance with company procedures and employment legislation
6. Contribute to implementing HR policies and organizational strategies.
7. Facilitates training and development sessions as required.
8. Provide support on industrial relations.
9. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
Qualifications
10. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or any similar field with demonstrated business acumen.
11. Bachelor degree minimum in a related field is preferred.
12. Legal and labor law knowledge is an advantage.
13. Experience in manufacturing industry or in a similar scaled operational environment.
Skills
14. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
15. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Knowledge of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Labour Relations, DE&I, etc will be a plus
18. Fluency in English
