Contracts manager
Contracts Manager opportunity working for a major blue chip main contractor who operate across Cambridge and Ipswich with a big focus on education, life science and commercial construction projects valued between £40-£70million.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts manager who wants to work for an established contractor who have a good pipeline of construction new build work with repeat clients, who value their employees and focus on progression and personal growth and who are looking for someone to join a positive working environment.
About the role of Contracts Manager
This Contracts Manager will be managing multiple construction new build and refurbishment in the education sector between Cambridge and Ipswich, managing teams and ensuring client satisfaction in accordance with the contract.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager:
1. This Contracts Manager will report into the regional Director and have a team reporting into them made up of Project managers.
2. Managing multiple construction contracts, ensuring they are running smoothly and keeping on track with he clients expectations.
3. Reporting to the senior management team on projects and responsible for programming, working with the design teams and value engineering.
