Handy Person Mobile Multi Trader
Salary £36,000 – £38,000 plus vehicle, expenses etc.
Mobile – Essex, London and South East.
3 months contract immediate start; permanent contract available. No weekends. Day shift 0800 – 1700 Monday to Friday.
This is a varied mobile role (full‑time). You will be employed directly by the company, paid a monthly salary and provided with a work van. All expenses paid.
Responsibilities
Provide general maintenance duties at various locations in Essex, London and surrounding areas.
* Ensure maintenance of health and safety standards
* Ensure safety, good operation of services and cleanliness of premises
* Emergency light testing
* Fire alarm checks
* Water temperature checking
* Check security (doors/locks/alarms) of premises
* General maintenance and repairs
* Carry out decorating and minor refurbishment
* Working with another handy person
Qualifications
Full driving licence. Vehicle provided.

Good working knowledge of health and safety and compliance is ideal, along with painting, fixing and repairs experience, and a broad range of general skills.
