They are seeking a contracts specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Gloucester. Your New Role: As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. The role requires a team player who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, bringing a result-driven, energetic, confident, curious, and engaging personality.
Responsibilities:
* Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
* Collaborating with clients’ in-house legal teams on matters such as international deals, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer issues.
* Managing caseloads actively and ensuring compliance with delivery commitments.
* Inputting and maintaining data in company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates, playbooks, and other tools.
* Contributing to continuous improvement of services and adding value.
What You Need To Succeed:
* Legal Degree and/or qualified lawyer.
* Legally eligible to work in the UK.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and client-facing experience.
* Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable:
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services sectors.
* In-house legal experience.
