Civil Engineer - Glasgow
Are you a civil engineer looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment? We are working with a well-established engineering team in central Glasgow who deliver major projects involving sustainable drainage systems, blue-green infrastructure, bulk earthworks and highways.
What you'll be doing
Leading day-to-day execution of Civil Engineering design projects.
Working closely with Project Engineers, Graduate/Assistant Engineers, Technicians and Technical staff.
Developing design solutions for drainage strategies, earthworks and levels coordination.
Coordinating with the wider design team including structural engineering to provide integrated delivery.
Issuing and updating drawings/documentation in line with the Quality Management System.
Attending client, design team and site meetings.
Monitoring the work of Technicians and Drafting staff.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' industry experience in Civil Engineering design.
Engaged in the path toward chartership.
Proficient with MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage.
Confident in developing drainage strategy schemes, reviewing existing/proposed levels and earthworks.
What's on offer
£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
