This is a Fixed-Term contract to cover Maternity Leave (approx. 12 months from handover).
By providing support at our new Worcester depot you'll have an opportunity to showcase your skills working as part of a team in our new state of the art facility.
So what does the role look like?
You’ll communicate with a range of people across departments within our business from drivers to sales advisors and not to mention, our customers.
Day to day you’ll be:
* Managing diaries
* Scheduling meetings
* Inputting data
* Taking calls
* Meeting & greeting contractors and visitors… to name a few!
It is a varied role, where you’ll need to get involved in all sorts of tasks. You’ll get technical with updating excel spreadsheets, creating purchase orders and inputting supplier invoices/credits. You’ll be confident in seeking out support when you need it, and not afraid to ask questions and suggest new ideas and ways of working. With everything you do, you’ll always be focused on delivering the best service to our teams. And, it’s fast paced, so you’ll need to work quickly and efficiently - but it’s also very rewarding!
