Class 1 Driver

Day Work, Monday – Friday – No Weekends Required!
We are looking for an experienced Class 1 to join our client’s team based in Heysham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and general haulage experience to work in a friendly and supportive environment with opportunities to grow.
What We Offer a Class 1 Driver:
1. £17.00 per hour basic
2. £18.50 per hour overtime after 12 hours (per shift)
3. Monday to Friday Work
4. Immediate starts available

Key Responsibilities for a Class 1 Driver:
6. Deliver goods safely and efficiently to delivery points
7. Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirements
8. Ensure any loads are safely strapped
9. Adhere to all Health & Safety, transport regulations, and working time directives
10. Represent the company professionally at all times
Experience & Qualifications for a Class 1 Driver:
11. Valid Class 1 licence, CPC, and Digi Card
12. Minimum 1 years’ Class 1 experience preferred
13. No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
14. Excellent customer service and timekeeping skills
15. Previous general haulage or dock work experience desirable
Additional Information for a Class 1 Driver:
16. Nights out may be accommodated at £27.50 per hour
17. This specific work is ongoing work Monday – Friday
