Position Overview:
We are seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Solicitor to join a dynamic civil litigation team based in Maidstone. This role involves managing a varied caseload of complex civil litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate, contractual disputes, employment issues, civil litigation, and boundary disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient and effective case management.
2. Advising on and representing clients in High Court litigation and other civil proceedings.
3. Managing client relationships professionally, maintaining clear and timely communications.
4. Drafting legal documents and conducting negotiations.
5. Providing expert guidance on civil litigation matters and ensuring compliance with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in civil litigation, ideally as a Senior Associate.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of landlord and tenant, contentious probate, contractual disputes, employment law, civil litigation, and boundary disputes.
3. Clear understanding and experience of High Court litigation and Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
4. Strong organisational skills, initiative, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
5. Exceptional communication and client management skills.
