The Role - Senior Estimator
You'll be responsible for the successful setup and running of all aspects of tenders, while supporting the wider pre-construction team.
Key responsibilities include:
ā¢ Preparing tenders and budgets to secure future projects
ā¢ Managing pre-construction matters effectively and efficiently
ā¢ Building and maintaining strong subcontractor and client relationships
ā¢ Assisting in keeping project costs competitive and commercially viable
ā¢ Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team
ā¢ Taking a more strategic and client-facing role within the business
