What you'll be doing
* Delivering regulatory and non‑regulatory Cabin Crew training, including line training, promotional training and check flights.
* Maintaining all cabin safety manuals and training documentation, ensuring full UK CAA and company compliance.
* Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for CSPM and OM‑D2 manuals.
* Completing oversight flights, compliance monitoring activities and maintaining accurate training and crew records.
* Producing Cabin Crew notices, forms and attestations, ensuring timely regulatory updates.
* Operating as an SCCM when required and supporting aircraft delivery or return‑to‑service.
* Working with third‑party training providers to ensure training materials meet AirTanker and regulatory standards.
* Supporting a positive safety culture through investigations, Duty Cabin Safety Trainer duties and continuous improvement activity.
What you'll bring
* Strong leadership, mentoring ability and a proactive, safety‑focused mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to groups at all levels.
* Minimum 2 years’ operating cabin crew experience, with the ability to appraise performance and support others’ development.
* Experience creating or updating manuals, checking for regulatory compliance, and working with regulatory documentation.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and training systems such as LMS, TRMS or CBT authoring tools.
* Competent written and verbal English (Level 6 ICAO standard equivalent).
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it).
* Previous SCCM operating experience.
* Experience delivering digital or blended learning solutions.
* Familiarity with airline compliance monitoring or audit processes.
