We are looking for a Branch/Yard Assistant to join us at our Colchester site. If you’re someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in delivering great customer service, and thrives as part of a friendly, supportive team, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in helping our branch run smoothly while building valuable skills along the way.
This role involves:
* Providing customers with product and service information
* Picking customer orders accurately
* Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck
* Processing orders accurately, within a time dictated by the customer deadline
* Serving customers on the trade counter when required

* A hardworking & helpful individual to train in all aspects of our operation
* Understanding of health & safety in a work environment
* Forklift licence
* Warehouse experience
* Basic knowledge of computers
