This long-term, full-time role, starting in January 2026, offers a fantastic opportunity to support young people and play a key role in their educational journey About the Role: Deliver 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs. Adapt learning approaches to meet individual needs and promote an inclusive classroom environment. Support class teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and classroom preparation. A full-time position with scope for professional development and added responsibilities over time. About the School: A specialist SEND provision supporting pupils from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4. Many pupils have Autism, speech and language difficulties, and physical needs. Skilled at building positive, supportive relationships with both pupils and staff.
