THE ROLE:
- Handle a caseload of pre:litigated and litigated defendant clinical negligence claims
- Conduct investigations to assess liability and strategy
- Liaise with claimants, solicitors, experts, counsel, and clients
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, reports, and legal documents
- Maintain and update Case Manager systems, key dates, and action lists
- Contribute to business development and profile:raising activities
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- You will be a qualified solicitor with a passion for clinical negligence law and a proactive approach to your work.
- Excellent analytical and evidence:assessment skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a varied and evolving caseload
