As a Revenue Protection Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring parcels move through our hubs accurately, compliantly, and transparently — protecting revenue, improving data quality, and supporting operational excellence across our network.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you'll work independently and alongside hub teams to ensure revenue protection processes are followed consistently, delivering accurate, reliable and auditable reporting.

Achieving excellent Revenue Protection (RP) operational compliance, working across shifts where risks or issues are identified, or as directed by RP leadership
Monitoring and carrying out minor maintenance on RP equipment, including sorter infeeds and manual-line machines
Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues (e.g. machine resets) through observation and data trend analysis
Liaising with RP senior management and external suppliers to resolve RP-related issues
Carrying out ad-hoc audits requested by Client Managers or identified through observation
Reporting audit findings via the Senior RP Manager, including communication with senior stakeholders when required
Supporting the implementation and embedding of new RP equipment and processes, ensuring smooth and effective rollout
Your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on Evri's revenue integrity and operational performance.

Good English and Maths (essential)
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel
Experience within a hub or operational environment (advantageous)
Knowledge of Evri operational processes, RP processes, clients and products (desirable but not essential)
Strong technical understanding of hub systems and sortation equipment (essential)
Confident using IT systems, including MS Excel, email and digital photography
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train, influence and engage colleagues
Able to work independently across multiple sites and environments
Strong relationship-building with operatives, hub leadership and suppliers will be key to delivering results
