* Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials as necessary.

* Offer one-on-one or small group support to reinforce learning objectives and boost student confidence.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to assessment processes.
