We are looking for a Senior Acquisition Manager to join the National Theatre Digital Team.
Job Description
The Senior Acquisition Manager will develop and lead the delivery of the audience acquisition strategy to drive subscription and revenue growth for National Theatre at Home.
With a focus on acquisition, the role plays a key part in delivering brand awareness of streamed theatre, reaching new audiences with monthly releases, and optimizing the catalogue of unmissable theatre.
The role will lead and motivate a team to identify opportunities to optimize marketing activity, act on insights, and deliver a competitive ROI.
The role works collaboratively with internal teams such as Data, Programming, Design, Social Media, and Content across the NT. It will also play a key role in developing new and innovative ways to bring streamed theatre to new global audiences.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in acquisition marketing campaigns, ideally within a subscription-based business
* Goal-oriented with the ability to nurture and motivate a high-performing team
* Experience in delivering against KPIs, including revenue, LTV, and social media performance
* An interest in the global content streaming market (e.g., Disney, BBC iPlayer, Paramount Plus, D+, Netflix, All4)
* An analytical mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends from various data sources
