The Role:
As a Graduate Pastoral Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students on a small-group and one-to-one basis, supporting pupils with EHCPs and additional needs, including:
* ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
* SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs)
* SAL (Speech & Language difficulties)
* Physical disabilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored academic and pastoral support to students
* Support behaviour regulation and emotional well-being
* Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum effectively
* Work alongside SENCOs, pastoral leads, and external professionals
* Build positive, trusting relationships with students
