Sales Consultant – Givenchy – Bicester, UK
Position Overview
Act as a Givenchy brand ambassador at the Bicester Village Store, welcoming clients and delivering luxury customer service to an international clientele while maximizing profitable sales.
Job Responsibilities
* Welcome all clients to the store, ensuring comfort and a welcoming environment.
* Greet clients and build relationships to assist in selecting the right products, maintaining rapport and offering advice.
* Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge.
* Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.
* Gather and collateral clients’ CRM details, personal follow‑up and build client book.
* Maintain store standards on stock and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
* Adhere to dress code and appearance guidelines set by management.
* Continuously update product knowledge by staying current with fashion trends, competitors and participating in store training.
* Support stock control and management in line with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.

* Units per transaction
* Average transaction value
Requirements & Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in high‑fashion retail, preferably in a flagship luxury store.
* Experience selling leather goods or ready‑to‑wear, understanding craftsmanship and quality.
* Strong business sense and experience with retail KPIs.
* Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
* Hardworking and committed to achieving/exceeding targets.
* Team player capable of autonomous work.
* Excellent personal presentation; embodiment of a Givenchy brand ambassador.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills; an existing clientele network is a plus.
* Fluent in English and Arabic – additional languages an advantage.
