Key Responsibilities:
As a Reservations Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing guest enquiries and supporting the wider hotel team by:
Accurately managing room reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
Supporting the weddings, events, and conference team with group bedroom allocations and administration
Assisting with show rounds where required
Maximising occupancy through effective upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Providing excellent customer service through all stages of the guest journey
Working closely with the reception team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this Reservations Coordinator position, you'll need:
Previous hotel reservations experience
Strong knowledge of Guestline or Rezlynx (essential)
Experience managing hotel bookings and guest enquiries
Immediate availability with no notice period or planned holidays during the assignment
The right to work in the UK
