Cogent Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. This role covers Industrial, Port & Shipping, Engineering, and Commercial roles, both temporary and permanent, across the Humber region and beyond.
Within a broad geographical area, offering uncapped earning potential, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining high service standards across various business sectors.
The responsibilities include:
1. Creating strategic and tactical plans to identify new business opportunities
2. Developing sales forecasts and working actively to achieve them
3. Identifying new markets, clients, partnerships, and services
4. Engaging with potential clients via phone, email, meetings, webinars, and social media
5. Building relationships with new clients to generate sustainable sales revenue
6. Preparing client presentations, including PowerPoint slides, brochures, and website content
7. Gaining a strong understanding of company products, competitors, and market positioning
Requirements:
