As an Apprentice Business Administrator at SUEZ, Recycling and Recovery UK, you’ll support the business in several areas, including operations, weighbridge functions and regional office support in administration duties.
About the role
1. You will be working at various locations across the North West - The depots you will be required to travel to are - Saltayre, Blackpool, Redscar, Darwen and Pendle. However your main work location will be Darwen, Lower Eccleshill Road, BB3 0RP.
2. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, however flexible start and end times can be discussed.
3. You will be earning £24,932, up to 3% bonus and SUEZ benefits on an 18 month fixed term contract.
What will I be doing as a Regional Administrator?
4. Promote good working practice and positive employee relations by administering effective relationships internally and within the wider business
5. Promote a safety conscious attitude towards work
6. Ensure timely and effective reporting of incidents and events, ensuring that effective protocols are put in place.
7. To provide advice, guidance and support to ensure the day to day activities of the business are conducted with consistent methods, processes and satisfactory instruction.
8. Implement standardise systems of work to ensure efficient administration activities.
9. Support of the COUPA System, to include the management of ordering, payment and invoicing processes for goods and services
10. Support of invoice query resolution
11. Assist in producing letters, minutes and reports for Senior Management team
12. Assist in organising internal events & meetings
13. Supporting with weighbridge operation.
What are the requirements?
14. Experience in a administrative position having previous experience with Microsoft Packages is desirable.
15. You must have a driving license and own mode of transport due to travel between sites.

17. You will be trained on the weighbridge operations and will be required to support on the weighbridge throughout multiple depots as required.
