Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dorset, VT, for a Selling Sales Manager. The Selling Sales Manager will lead and oversee the performance of the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and generating revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing sales operations, providing training and guidance to team members, developing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional tasks will include driving customer engagement, maintaining brand standards, and working closely with leadership to align sales activities with business objectives.

* Understanding of the holiday park industry or experience in a similar field is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational skills and a results-focused approach to achieving targets.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and modern sales tools.
* Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Previous experience in a sales management role is essential.
