Key Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with a variety of special educational needs (SEN).
* Support the individual learning and development of students, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence.
* Use differentiation techniques to cater to various learning styles and abilities, ensuring inclusive education for all students.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive, productive learning environment.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with both students and staff, fostering a community of trust and respect.
What We Require:
* QTS Certification (Qualified Teacher Status).
* A strong commitment to student development, particularly in an SEND setting.
* Experience working with children with additional needs such as MLD, ASD, and Attachment Disorder is highly beneficial.
* Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, enabling their academic and personal growth.
* Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to managing behaviour.
* Passionate about making a difference in students' lives and supporting their educational journey.
