Tableau Developer – Finance
Location: Basingstoke
Hybrid 2 days per week in office
£275 - £330 p/d Umbrella + Bonus + £7,500 Car Allowance + Excellent Pension if made permanent
I’m supporting a leading international healthcare and life sciences group to recruit a Tableau Developer to join their commercial finance team on a temp to perm basis. This role will be central to how data is transformed into insight across the UK & Ireland business, working in close partnership with senior finance and commercial stakeholders.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things Tableau, driving automation, improving data visualisation, and helping the business make smarter, faster decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards to support financial planning, sales, operations, and pricing teams
2. Partner with FP&A, commercial finance, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
3. Own the development of internal BI reporting solutions that improve transparency, data-driven decision making, and performance tracking
