NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading financial planning firm who are looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their team in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.
The Role:
You will play a key role in supporting financial planners and clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient service. Duties will include:
* Preparing client documentation, valuations, and review packs
* Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
* Managing Letters of Authority and liaising with product providers
* Maintaining client records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
* Handling client queries and delivering an excellent standard of service
* Supporting advisers in the preparation of meetings and follow-up actions
About You:
* Previous experience working within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning firm is essential
* Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection administration
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Proficient with provider platforms and back-office systems
* A team player with excellent communication skills
