Licensed Conveyancer

Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join a thriving and well-regarded law firm based in South West London. The firm offers a friendly, supportive culture and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality property services to both private clients and investors.
This is a fantastic role for a qualified Licensed Conveyancer with experience managing their own caseload of residential property matters, who is looking for a fresh challenge in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build properties
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
* Lease extensions and deeds of variation
* Right to Buy transactions
* Liaising with clients, agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
You’ll have autonomy over your workload, with the support of a friendly and experienced team, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained throughout.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience running a full conveyancing caseload
* Able to manage files with minimal supervision
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confident in building and maintaining client relationships
* Organised, proactive, and a team player
