Our client is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer interactions, and supporting day-to-day administrative and scheduling activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, delivering a high standard of customer service
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate and schedule appointments, bookings, or services as required
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases
Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requests are actioned efficiently
Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills & Experience
Excellent call handling and customer service skills
Strong written communication and organisational abilities
Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role is preferred but not essential
Confident using computer systems and standard office software
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
