Your Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be a key part of delivering the high standards our guests expect. From welcoming guests to serving food and drinks, your role is all about creating a positive and enjoyable experience.
Your main duties will include:
* Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Serving food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages
* Supporting the smooth running of both the restaurant and public bar areas
* Ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
* Creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent customer service
* Handling customer queries and feedback with confidence and care
* Working closely with your team to support the wider goals of the business
What We're Looking For
* A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
* Confidence in a customer-facing role
* A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
* A strong team player who supports and uplifts others
* Strong initiative and able to work well both within a team or solo
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
* Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel setting is an advantage, but not essential
