Main duties and responsibilities: Deal with all user queries and act as the 2nd line but also 1st and some 3rd line Support users both over the phone, using our remote tools or directly to the site locations Travel is essential across Herts, Beds and Essex so, a full clean driver's license, with access to your own vehicle, is essential This is an office-based role, working from our head office site at Welwyn Garden City.
