Are you an experienced Service or Aftersales Manager with a background in the automotive repair industry? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established bodyshop in Towcester that is seeking a proactive, customer-focused manager to lead its front-of-house and aftersales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day service and aftersales operations of the bodyshop

Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction throughout the repair process

Manage bookings, estimates, progress updates, and final handovers
*
Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion
*
Handle invoicing, warranty claims, and administration
*
Monitor performance targets and identify areas for improvement
*
Support and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain high standards
Requirements:

Proven experience in a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, or Bodyshop Advisor role
*
Strong understanding of bodyshop operations and repair processes
*
Excellent customer service and communication skills
*
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a varied workload
*
Familiarity with estimating software and dealership or bodyshop management systems
*
A proactive and approachable leadership style
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
