Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out planning appraisals for clients prior to acquisition of a site
2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform planning decisions.
3. Prepare and oversee the submission of planning applications and appeals.
4. Engage with stakeholders and local communities to ensure project success.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform
The ideal candidate will have the following:
6. Experience in a Town Planning related role
7. Have started the APC process (Not essential)
