Job Description
The Branch Manager will serve as the senior leader for the Aston operation, owning full responsibility for performance across operations, commercial execution, people leadership, and financial results. This individual will be accountable for aligning local execution with broader business objectives while fostering a high-performing, safety-focused responsibilities include:
1. Own full P&L responsibility for the branch, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
2. Lead and coordinate production, sales, service, quality, safety, and administrative functions
3. Translate company goals into actionable site-level plans, metrics, and priorities
4. Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives
5. Act as the primary point of contact for key customers and local market relationships
6. Identify and pursue growth opportunities through customer engagement and market insight
7. Ensure strong collaboration between commercial and operational teams
8. Build, coach, and retain a motivated, accountable leadership team and workforce
9. Promote a culture centered on safety, quality, engagement, and performance
10. Manage change effectively while maintaining stability and morale during transitions

The Successful Applicant
A successful Branch Manager - Industrial Operations should have:Experience & Background
11. 5-7+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, distribution, or operations-driven environments
12. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and full operational accountability
13. Prior ownership of financial performance, budgeting, and operational metrics
14. Experience leading teams through growth, change, or process improvement initiatives
15. Exposure to lean, continuous improvement, or SIOP frameworks preferred

16. Strong business judgment with the ability to balance strategy and execution
17. Confident decision-maker comfortable operating in dynamic environments
18. High emotional intelligence with a people-first leadership approach

Education
22. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline required
23. MBA or advanced business education is a plus
